Celebrating International Women's Day 2023
In an industry that is historically male dominated, we are proud that at Creed we employ a total of 126 people who identify as female, that is 28.9% of our total workforce!
We celebrated the day across all 3 depots, with everyone able to enjoy a selection of cakes from Cakesmith and refreshments provided by Dash Water, as well as sharing responses from women across the business about what inspires them and what #IWD means to them.
The Women of Creed
We have many women working in our operational roles including Transport, Warehouse and Butchery, as well as in every single other function across the business - including women in senior or specialist positions. Even the four winners at our recent 'Believe In More Awards' were all women!
