Valentine's Sharing Dishes
Valentine’s day is just around the corner but fear not- we have cooked up some temtping sharing recipes. Whether you're looking for a main course that works for two, or something sweet for couples to dive into - we have the solutions to help spark your Valentine's Day menu inspiration.
Parmesan & Nduja butter tear & Share with melted Camembert
If you like cheese, then this one’s for you! With a juicy camembert melted in the middle, the Parmesan & N’duja Butter Tear and Share is one to try out- it’s a unique way to indulge in some classic bread and cheese!
Ingredients:
• 2 x country range dough balls – 817330
• 100g x grated Parmesan – 358201
• 50g x Butter – 350020
• 30g x Nduja – 176091
• 15g x Parsley – 600630
• 1 x Camembert – 345211
Method - serves 2
1. Take out the dough pucks the night before and leave to defrost in the fridge. Take out a few hours before you’re ready to prepare.
2. In a bowl slightly soften your butter, add the nduja and mix well until all combined.
3. On a floured surface, roll your pizza dough out to 2cm in thickness and spread out your butter evenly across the dough, then sprinkle 75g of parmesan over the top.
4. Gently roll the dough into a log and cut into nice rounds, placing them in a cake tin around the camembert - allowing small space for dough to prove.
6. For added flavour slightly oil the camembert and put rosemary studs into the cheese and sprinkle your left-over parmesan over the top and cling film. Allow to prove for 1hour.
7. Bake at 180 degrees for 25-30minutes. Remove from the tin, tear and enjoy.
Fillet Steak With Feta, Hassleback Potatoes, and Salsa Fiolla
If you’re looking to serve a Charcuterie board, why not mix it up and try this one. We've used our new 21-day dry aged steaks from our Creed Family Butchers, a real showstopper worthy of a place on your themed menu, and a perfect choice for couples looking to indulge in a sharing board.
Ingredients:
• 2 x 21-day dry aged 6oz Fillets -
• 100g x Feta - 357811
• 10 x Medium Potato - 600089
• 1 x Red chilli - 600340
• 1 x Red Onion - 600984
• 1 x Garlic Clove - 601050
• 100g x Chopped Parsley - 600630
• 100g x Chopped Coriander - 600805
• 60ml x Olive oil - 171961
• 60ml x Red wine Vinegar - 188351
Method - serves 2
1. To make the salsa dice the onion, chilli, and garlic as small as possible and addmtogether in the bowl. Next chop the parsley and coriander and mix into the onion mix. Finally add the oil and vinegar, add a pinch of salt.
2. Take your potato’s and make around 6-8 slices, only cutting 75% of the way deep. Place on a tray in the oven with a drizzle of oil and bake for around 35 minutes.
3. Place your fillet steaks on a tray and lightly oil, season with salt and pepper and cook to your required temperature inside.
4. To assemble place the potatoes on a board/plate, followed by nice thick strips of steak. Spoon the salsa over the top and then finally crumble the feta on top - serve and enjoy.
Baked Chocolate Cookie Dough
This gooey, chocolatey baked cookie dough lava cake is a quick and easy dessert option, but might not be an easy one to share!
Ingredients:
• 150g x Baker & Baker Cookie dough - 849790
• 15g x Chocolate - 188431
• Vanilla ice cream - 859030
Toppings:

200ml Vegan Yoghurt- 283420
20g Mint (Picked)- 600807
20g Coriander (Picked)- 600805
30g Chilli Flakes- 189541
Method - serves 2
1. In a bowl weigh out the cookie dough. Mould into your oven proof dish leaving a
hole in the centre for your chocolate. Add the chocolate in and then bake at 160
degrees for approximately 10minutes.
2. Put a generous scoop of ice cream on top and enjoy.
