OUR ACCREDITATIONS

LIVING WAGE
ACCREDITED EMPLOYER

We are committed to making sure that our people are fairly rewarded for the work they do. To further support, this we have voluntarily chosen to become an accredited Living Wage Employer with The Living Wage Foundation. This puts Creed in a small group of companies who have made this commitment.

This means that every member of our team earns not just a minimum wage but also a “living wage” as a minimum. The Living Wage is an hourly rate set independently and updated annually, based on the cost of living in the UK and is always set considerably above the government Living Wage.

Martin Holmes, People Director, says: “The accreditation demonstrates our determination to improve people engagement and recruit and retain high-quality staff. This is part of our overall business objective to listen and respond to our employees’ needs."

RESPONSIBLE SOURCING

Our range of food accreditations means that caterers can be confident about our commitment to ethical sourcing, food safety and traceability.
