Our depots operate a diverse fleet of over 100 vehicles, available in a variety of specifications and sizes. This allows us to safely transport your multi-temperature orders in a single, consolidated delivery. We also carefully allocate the most suitable vehicle for your site to eliminate logistical challenges and ensure seamless service.

UTILISING HVO FUEL

As part of our goal to achieve net zero emissions by 2040, we’ve embraced HVO fuel on our local routes. Through this, we’ve slashed the carbon footprint of these routes by up to 90%, marking a significant milestone in reducing our overall emissions. So far, we used 20,000 litres of HVO in 2024 alone, saving approximately 45,000kg in net CO2 output.

Our real-time stocking system provides both our telesales teams and online ordering customers with full visibility of product availability at the time of ordering. This ensures customers can make informed choices, including selecting alternative products if needed, while having confidence that the remainder of their order will be fulfilled and dispatched without delay.

To further enhance convenience, we display expected restock dates for out-of-stock items directly on our website, offering customers clear visibility and greater ease when planning their orders.

Additionally, each of our depots is externally accredited to the highest standards, holding both BRC and STS certifications, ensuring excellence in quality and compliance.
