For the Sesame Dressing

Serves: 6


  • Mix marinade ingredients together, rub all over the pork loin and then marinate for 30 mins.
  • Place marinated pork in the oven on 160oc until core temperature is 65o
  • Cook noodles and chill.
  • Prepare the vegetables ready for cooking and prepare dressing.
  • Once pork is cooked, let rest for 20minutes.
  • Stir-fry vegetables and noodles until hot.
  • Slice pork loin and serve alongside stir-fried vegetables, noodles and dressing.
