Environmental, Social & Governance Strategy
With a focus on people, product and planet we work with our customers and suppliers to act responsibly whilst supporting the communities in which we operate.
Creed ESG

Our Internal
Our internal Sustainability Committee meet monthly to discuss sustainable practices and solutions and assess our progress towards reaching our core goals.

Creed ESG

There is increasing pressure on the hospitality industry from consumers and governments to find alternative uses for waste food and minimise the food waste being sent to landfill. Similarly, with used kitchen oils, caterers are encouraged to find green alternatives to disposing oil via drains. Our partnership with Olleco allows us to assist chefs with safe disposal of both oil and food kitchen waste.

Creed ESG

We will continue to prioritise providing financial support and donations in line with our charity charter, as well as reviewing opportunities to support people in our communities into employment.

We are developing dedicated, trained wellbeing champions. We invest in our people’s future through training, progression and recognition and prioritise financial wellbeing by rewarding our people fairly.

At Creed Foodservice, our dedicated, trained wellbeing champions support our people in all departments and locations through events and projects. We foster diversity, openness and fairness.
At Creed we strive to work with and give preference to suppliers who are sustainable and aware of their environmental impact. Several of our suppliers are carbon neutral or aim to be in the coming years.

We provide eco-friendly and healthy alternatives for informed customer choices, prioritising safety and accessibility in our supply chain. This includes our Free From range and Red Tractor assured Butchery products.

Ethical supply is fundamental to our fair foodservice supply chain. We’ve implemented policies to align suppliers with our values and all new suppliers must sign up to and adhere to our strict ethical code of practice.
With a customer base spread across the UK, we will continue to prioritise environmental sustainability across Creed Foodservice fleet operations.

We are striving to reduce and manage our company waste in a number of ways including partnering with Arrow Oils and Too Good to Go for sustainable waste management.

Our commitment to reducing energy consumption is ongoing through efforts to reduce emissions, enhance cost-efficiency and promote renewable energy sources.
