“Creed have been supplying our homes for over 14 years and offer a one stop shop with good quality produce and service. When I’m in the homes I always receive good comments from the chefs, regarding the drivers being friendly and helpful.”
Rick Solomon, Catering Manager
“Creed deliver a one stop shop for us. During the mobilisation of the group, all sites visited Creed’s Innovation Kitchen for a tour of the facilities to see the quality of the goods that would be provided. The online ordering system is easy to use and provides invoice and delivery tracking data as well as a portal to place orders. Weekly communication with up-to-date topics to all sites contains useful information that homes can use and develop. Our account manager is always on hand to address any queries or concerns. We'll shortly be using the Saffron recipe, allergen, nutritional and costing software for our menus which will help streamline the processes to support all chefs and catering managers with managing their catering operation.”
“The Kitchen ‘72 marinated meat range has been a fantastic addition to our menu. Creed worked with us to create Armchair Travel which has really livened up meal-times within our homes. Using the marinade flavours we theme the entire meal around a certain country – for example, using the Tex Mex flavour to travel to Mexico! The Development Chefs supported with menu ideas – chicken fajitas, quesadilla, empanadas - but the Creed team didn’t stop there, they even provided a sensory box so our residents could really travel to the chosen destination. Filled with a range of items that evoke memories through touch, smell, and sound, our residents really look forward to their themed evenings.”
"Saffron enables our chefs to provide accurate allergen and nutritional information on a daily basis. Our residents aren’t just with us for a meal every now and again, they are here for main meals three times a day, seven days a week. We need to ensure we are providing a nutritionally balanced menu across the week, not just one meal. Saffron enables us to do that in an easy to read format that our residents, families and staff can all understand. The Saffron system is easy to use, and we’ve always got the Creed team at the end of the phone should we have a question. Our experience with Saffron and the Creed team has been brilliant."

“We have been using Creed butchery at our five care homes for coming up to three years now and found the quality and service fantastic, nothing is too much of a problem. We have visited the butchery and its policies and procedures beat any local butchers for cleanliness and safety.”
Group Catering Manager
“We have worked with Creed for over five years and have collaborated to create this campaign to encourage schools to promote healthy eating. Creed continues to go the extra mile from supporting us through various processes to now helping us throughout this competition, they have always gone above and beyond to support us, proving that they are more than just our foodservice provider. We have always had great account management support and excellent customer service, the team are always able to answer any queries, the work that they continue to do for us proves that they are a company that really do care.”
Gary Stewart, CMC Schools Founder and Owner
“It’s important to us that our food offering delivers variety to our students. We were looking to open a new sandwich outlet to allow students to customise their meal depending on their preferences. Creed hosted an Innovation Day for us, where the team delivered on our brief and presented back Sub Club. Creed understood our vision and Anna and Rob had fantastic insights. The support Creed provided from staff training and demonstrations to explaining how operationally the solution would work was fantastic. The sub solution has gone live at our campus and has been very well received among both students and staff!”
Linas Krajasevicius, Back of House Manager
"We were impressed with Creed’s emphasis on food safety and quality. A key criterion for us when selecting the right supplier was the overall experience. Creed really impressed us with their customer service, delivery commitments, reliability and responsiveness. Since starting with Creed we have been over the moon! We have stringent set times that food has to be delivered by, 9 times out of 10 Creed are early! The rapport we have with the delivery team is superb if we are not in the kitchen when delivery is being made the driver will always put away the frozen goods whilst he is waiting for us to check it in, this is another excellent example of the high level of service Creed offers."
Darren Creed, Chef Lecturer
"Our commitment to healthy eating for young children stems from the belief that it is essential to provide the right nutrition to ensure our children grow and develop well. Using a single supplier like Creed has allowed us to be sure of the quality and provenance of all products delivered. A traceable supply chain is a priority for us, hence the importance of working with a wholesaler with similar values, who is able to offer meat for example from assured sources. Parents have the reassurance that the nursery only uses Red Tractor Farm Assured meats, RSPCA Assured meats, Marine Stewardship Council (MSC) certified sustainable seafood, organic milk and free-range eggs."
Gail Tanner, Co-Managing Director
"Center Parcs moved to Creed after trading with our old service provider for 32 years. A decision I did not take lightly but one I am pleased to say I did. From the moment the tender was issued the Creed team were professional and “on it”. Their engagement with myself as the contracting manager and the wider Center Parcs team was second to none, they were professional and dedicated throughout. The biggest thing noticeable to the Center Parcs team was the passion every employee showed throughout the process from the store’s personnel in depots to the account managers and the senior leadership team."
Head of Procurement UK & Ireland
"We have been trading with Creed for over a year and have been really pleased with the results. The handover from our previous suppliers was very smooth. Our Account Manager is constantly working with our chefs and teams to improve the high-quality service that we already receive. We have made good cost savings whilst not lowering our quality offering. Their product range is vast, but Creed is still happy to increase their range to fit in with what our pubs require. They help with menu planning, product innovation and ensuring we are getting the best price compared to competitors."
Operations Manager
"Creed have been instrumental in allowing our expansion across the country. They have taken the time to understand our business operating model, our culture, and our future development plans. We wouldn’t have been able to grow our business to the levels we now enjoy without our key partners and Creed are at the top of that list. Communication is open, honest and we operate with a win/win mentality ensuring a long and prosperous future working relationship. Through all the challenges of the last 4 years we have never had to worry about support or slipping KPI issues and that has been tremendously reassuring."
Ricky Towers, Group Restaurant Director
“I have a huge amount of respect for Rob Owen as a chef. As the Creed Executive Development Chef, his skillset is wide and varied and he has a great depth of knowledge of our industry. He’s always keen to discuss the latest trends and concepts which has been a huge help to me when I’m considering products and recipes.”
Clive Goudercourt, Development Chef
“We have worked with Creed for the past 2 years. During that time, we have been extremely happy with the service provided. The mobilisation was seamless, with no disruption to our business. Management of our account has been very efficient and proactive, with minor issues being dealt with swiftly. We have also successfully used their Development Kitchen for our NPD. Hospitality is all about people and relationships, and Creed are very good at what they do. I would not hesitate to recommend Creed as they will prove to be an asset to any business.”
