To ensure the smooth running of the depot by delivering support across the transport and warehouse teams in Creed’s High Wycombe Depot including: Driver debrief and de-kit; stock, order and delivery management; and administrative support including the preparation of paperwork and pick notes for the night shift.
Debrief and Dekit of up to circa 24 Drivers daily
Administrative assistance to support all six members of the Depot’s managerial team
Administration of paperwork and pick lists to service up to circa 21 routes.
Some responsibilities of the role include:
Complete de-brief and de-kit all drivers on their return to the Depot. To include checks of cages, meat boxes and cleanliness of the vehicle’s Fridge, Freezer and Cab and to identify and carry out further actions (e.g stock returns) where required.
Count cash on delivery amounts and sign in with driver.
Maintain, update and input customer related information on our systems
Support the Operations manager, Lead Driver and Warehouse Managers and Supervisors as required, including administration of accident reports.
Document Driver infringements including the preparation, print and issue of relevant letters / documentation.
Loading of hub driver, including sub-supply, preparation of cages and management of returns.
Prepare all necessary paperwork for the night shift including pick lists.
Goods in, including following up on scheduled deliveries and unscheduled orders.
Raise any issues, where necessary with the relevant Team Leader(s), Supervisor(s) and/or manager(s).
To pick goods and products within the Warehouse in accordance with company policies and procedures.
To report all accidents and promote best practice in Health and Safety and contribute to ensuring a safe working environment for all employees, workers and visitors on site.

The Ideal Candidate:
The ideal Warehouse and Transport Administrator, will have a positive can-do attitude, a desire to make a difference and will have experience in a Warehouse and Transport environment.
It is essential that you have the following:
Strong I.T and administration skills, Numeracy, and a good level of English.
Customer Service Focus, Excellent communication, interpersonal, relationship building and stakeholder management skills.
A Solutions focussed approach, supported by good problem-solving skills.
An action oriented individual, who can manage multiple priorities and deliver results on time.
A good team player, with attention to detail who can achieve high levels of accuracy and deliver results with a consistent approach that follows processes in place and participates in sharing ideas for improvements.
Experience working in a Warehouse, Transport or Logistics environment in an administrative capacity
Previous experience in the debrief and de-kit of drivers.
