40 hours per week
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Shift Pattern: 8 Hour Shifts, 17:00 - 01:30

Role Details
As a Warehouse Administrator supporting the nights team you will contribute to achieving service levels of 99%+ through efficient management of warehouse administration and the debrief, dekit and office support for our nightshift delivery routes.
Some responsibilities of the role include:
- Demonstrate a positive, customer-focused, and professional approach.
- Contribute to a diverse, inclusive, solutions-oriented, and customer service focussed culture through coaching and mentoring the team and encouraging two-way communication.
- Demonstrates professionalism and deliver an awesome customer experience to both internal and external customers.
- Maintain effective communication with the nightshift management and delivery teams to ensure customer expectations can be proactively managed and that priority drops always reach their destination when challenges arise.
- Update customer records to ensure that useful information is available to drivers covering allocated routes (e.g what three words) for delivery points.
- Ensure all signatures are/evidence is collected on paperwork/EPOD System, VC40 and temperature sheets.
- To promote the company and do everything possible to enhance the company’s image through appearance and behaviour.
- Maintain vehicle appearance in line with company policies.
- Prepare all necessary paperwork for the night shift including pick lists.
- Raise any issues, where necessary with the warehouse and transport management teams.
- Complete de-brief and de-kit of drivers. To include cage checks, meat boxes, and cleanliness of the vehicle’s Fridge, Freezer, and Cab and to identify and carry out further actions (e.g stock returns) where required.
- Provision and maintenance of complete, accurate and up to date customer related information.
- VOR Reports and maintenance of the VOR Update and Wash logs and overtime sheet.
- Other duties as required including picking, loading, and supporting vehicle checks.
- Provide cover for the Drivers mate role during periods of absence.
- Demonstrate commitment to and support our Environmental, Social and Governance goals in how daily tasks and responsibilities are carried out.
- Share and promote best practice and adherence to Cyber essentials standards.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- To disclose any evidence of product safety, legality, quality, or integrity issues.
- To report all accidents and promote best practices in Health and Safety and contribute to ensuring a safe working environment for all employees, workers, and visitors on site.
The Ideal Candidate
Essential
- Strong I.T and administration skills, numeracy, and a good level of English.
- Customer service focus, excellent communication, interpersonal, relationship building, and stakeholder management skills.
- An action-oriented individual, who is solutions focused, can manage multiple priorities, and deliver results on time.
- A good team player, with attention to detail and good problem-solving skills that follows processes in place and prioritises business improvement.
- Experience working in a Warehouse, Transport or Logistics environment in an administrative capacity.
Desirable
- Experience working within the Foodservice sector, or other similar operation.
- Experience in the debrief and de-kit of delivery drivers.
- Experienced using EPOD, WMS and routing applications.
