There are many key dates throughout the year that provide you with the opportunity to mix up your menus to offer residents, and your catering teams, something a little different.  For residents, these theme days will boost morale, keep mealtimes exciting and promote nostalgic discussions. For catering teams, theme days allow their creativity to flourish and can bring care home teams and residents together to celebrate various events throughout the year. 

We appreciate theme days are another ‘thing’ for your already busy teams to think about, well worry not, we’ve done the work, so you don’t have to. With the help of our Development Chefs we’ve highlighted certain dates and events each month that we think should be marked on your calendars and in the run up to these dates, we will provide menu and recipe inspiration as well as other activities like quizzes!
