Click and Collect and Home Delivery

Please note – these Terms & Conditions do not supersede your statutory rights under the Sale of Goods act: they are merely designed to clarify the principles and procedures by which we operate. In any event, we aim to serve our customers fairly and squarely and – should a dispute arise – we will always seek to find a speedy and amicable solution to the problem.

 

Collection

The time slot and store for collection will be agreed with you when you place your order. Please note that you will be unable to collect your order earlier than the agreed time slot. Should you arrive late, you may still be able to collect your order - please speak with the member of our staff at the dedicated collection point who will be able to assist you. Please bring your order number (we will not be able give you your order unless you produce an appropriate form of I.D.)

 

Pricing

The price you pay is the price stated on our website at the time of placing your order. When your order is collected you may return any item and receive a full refund if you are unhappy with the price charged or for any other reason. However, after you have left the collection point and signed for the full order, under no circumstances are Creed Foodservice liable to give you a refund. All prices are expressed inclusive of any VAT payable unless otherwise stated.

 

Minimum Basket Charge

The minimum basket value is £30 for Click+Collect

If the value of the products in your basket when you confirm your order is less than the minimum basket value, then you will not be able to check out and proceed with payment. Unfortunately we can’t combine separate orders once we have processed them, so please make sure you make any changes to increase the value of your basket before you confirm your order.

 

Availability

If for any reason beyond our reasonable control, we are unable to supply a particular item, we will not be liable to you. When an item you have ordered is unavailable we will attempt to deliver a suitable substitute, unless you have asked us not to. To ensure availability of all our products customers may be limited to a maximum number of items.

 

Acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy from us. A contract is only formed when we have despatched your order. At any point up until then, we may decline to supply the goods to you. The Creed Foodservice Price Click & Collect is available for both business and domestic customer. We reserve the right to refuse orders from businesses or domestic customers.

 

Returns and Refunds

Our refund policy is in addition to and does not affect any of your legal rights. The simplest ways to return your items are set out in the policy. If you are still not happy, the European Commission has set up an online service to resolve disputes about online transactions.

 

Receiving your refund

Once we have received your product, we’ll refund your money in the same way you initially paid for it.

By credit or debit card – Your money will go back onto the same card. Allow 3-5 working days for the refund to show in your account. If you purchased at an offer price, your refund will be based on that promotional price. If you are returning items that were purchased on a promotion, such as ‘Buy one get one half price’ or ‘3 for 2’, then the promotion will no longer apply and your refund value will be adjusted accordingly.

 

Customer services

It is our responsibility to supply you with goods that meet your consumer rights and comply with this contract. If you have any concerns that we have not met our legal obligations, please contact us.

 

Full Allergen Disclaimer

Creed Foodservice, as a Wholesaler of branded products, are committed to supporting our customers to enable them to comply with their obligations under the ‘Food Information to Consumer Regulations ("FIC")’, which became legislation on the 13th December 2014.

Creed Foodservice subscribe to ‘Erudus’ the food industry's collaborative solution to sharing product data. Suppliers who do not provide data to Erudus are asked to complete a template, which is then uploaded into our operating system.

All food information, such as allergens is provided in good faith by Creed Foodservice. As we do not manufacture the product, any such information is reliant on the accuracy and completeness of the information provided by our suppliers.

Whilst Creed Foodservice makes every effort to ensure this information is up-to-date and accurate, we cannot be responsible for any inaccuracies or omissions in this information by the suppliers.

Product information such as ingredients, nutritional guides and dietary or allergy advice may change. Creed Foodservice recommends that in all cases the product label be read carefully before using or consuming any products rather than relying solely on the information provided. As the product label is the accurate representation of the allergen and nutritional information produced by the manufacturer.

 

Payment

We accept the following payment methods: Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Visa Debit. Your credit/debit card details will be encrypted to minimise the possibility of unauthorised access or disclosure. Authority for payment must be given at the time of placing your order.

 

General

These Product Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and any disputes will be decided only by the English courts. If any of these Product Terms is held by any court of competent authority to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, in whole or in part, this will not affect the validity of the remaining Product Terms which will continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
