A ready-to-bake, crisp basil pastry case filled with a slow roasted tomato sauce topped with grilled courgettes, red and yellow peppers, red onions and cherry tomatoes, all finished with a crunchy basil and pumpkin seed crumb.

|Storage Instructions||Keep Frozen. Store at 18°C or below|
|Directions For Use||From Frozen unless otherwise stated Oven: Preheat oven Fan assisted oven 180°C / 350°F, Gas mark 6, 200°C / 400°F. Place on a baking tray for approximately 25 minutes, with a core temperature of >75°C or 82°C in Scotland. From chilled, defrost in a refrigerator for at least 6 hours or overnight and consume on day. Fan assisted oven 180°C, Gas Mark 6, 200°C for approximately 12 minutes, with a core temperature of >75°C . This product must be cooked through out to a minimum of 75°C for 30 seconds or equivalent (or apply relevant national requirements.|
