Sweetbird Quick & Simple Sips
Time for a menu seasonal switch? As the nights draw in and days get shorter there is no better time to create a cosy atmosphere for customers and update menus to reflect the change.
Remember - Sell drinks, not syrup...
Be sure to clearly promote your new seasonal specials – there is nothing as uninspiring as ‘add a shot of syrup for 50p’ at the bottom of a menu board, and some dusty syrup bottles on the back shelf! Instead sell the whole drink whether it’s a Spiced Hot Chocolate, with two pumps of Sweetbird Pumpkin Spice syrup, or a Gingerbread Mocha. Customers respond better when the drinks are created already, many don’t even know it’s syrup that’s adding the flavour to their favourite serve!
The Sweetbird Autumn/Winter Collection
We’re adding Pumpkin Spice, Gingerbread, and award-winning Popcorn syrups to the Sweetbird collection this winter, all of which can be used in any number of hot or cold drinks, just two pumps are needed to flavour a drink so 62 12oz drinks can be flavoured with just one bottle of syrup!
Make Me A Mocha
Hot chocolates are the go-to for many menus, yet the humble mocha is often overlooked! They can be a great introduction to coffee for people who aren’t already fans and can have flavour added with Sweetbird syrups. Go for nut and berry flavours which emphasise the notes in your coffee and chocolates.
