We are excited to announce the launch of the new premium fries from Country Range - these fries are all about the crunch! With fries being a key player on menus right across foodservice, Country Range have upped their potato portfolio with the addition of a new range of plate-of-the-art fries.

Why Premium Chips?

Utilising the latest chip technology, these premium fries an innovative invisible coating that delivers an impeccable crispness and crunch. Not only this but, they are also gluten-free and pre-fried in sunflower oil instead of palm oil prior to freezing, making them beneficial to kitchens of all sizes, especially those offering food to go.

These premium fries are great for helping chefs save time, reduce waste and upweight their sides and snacks offering. The lightly salted coating creates the perfect option for a quick and easy serve or the fries can be ‘pimped up’ and loaded with all manner of imaginative toppings. 

The Spuds

Made using carefully selected in-season Fontane potatoes – a great tasting, all-round spud that is fantastic for fries. Using a single variety guarantees consistency throughout the year regarding flavour, appearance, and performance.

Chef Recommends

Our Chef has put together some recommendations to help you serve up the best fries.

Pair the 14mm and 19mm cut with classic dishes such as steak or fish. The 10mm skin on fries work great for loaded or dirty fries as the special crispy coating allows them to stay crisp even when loaded with sauce and toppings such as beef chilli or pulled pork.
