• To keep your turkey moist cook it low and slow, and let it rest in between cooking stages.
• After an hour and half of cooking you can increase the heat which will allow the turkey to crisp, adding flavour.
• Try out some other cuts of turkey that Creed offer such as: escalope, diced, mince and more traditional cuts include the lobe and butterfly, to avoid having to cook a whole turkey and reduce the cooking time needed.
