Turkey Tian

This dish is the perfect way to use up any Turkey left overs from your Christmas dinner, making it a cost effective starter to add to your menu!


  • 2 Turkey legs
  • 2 onions
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1/2 bunch parsley

Serves: 6


  1. Confit the Turkey legs and flake into a bowl.
  2. Finely dice the onion and peppers and cook a little oil until soft and allow to cool.
  3. Chop the parsley and then add all ingredients together and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Press into a Tian mould and serve with mixed salad and chutney of your choice.
