This dish is the perfect way to use up any Turkey left overs from your Christmas dinner, making it a cost effective starter to add to your menu!
- 2 Turkey legs
- 2 onions
- 1 red pepper
- 1 green pepper
- 1/2 bunch parsley
- Confit the Turkey legs and flake into a bowl.
- Finely dice the onion and peppers and cook a little oil until soft and allow to cool.
- Chop the parsley and then add all ingredients together and season with salt and pepper.
- Press into a Tian mould and serve with mixed salad and chutney of your choice.
