Smokey BBQ Chicken Burger

Ingredients

1 x Smokey BBQ chicken breast 900826

1 x Multi seed chia roll 818510

1/2 x Sliced avocado 600570

25g x Halloumi 357601

Plum tomato 602958

Gem lettuce 600704

Mayonnaise 170600

 

 

Serves: 1

Method

  1. Cook the chicken breast in the oven at 180c for 25-30 min or until fully cooked
  2. Slice the avocado (use half an avocado per person) and plum tomato
  3. Pan fry the halloumi until golden brown on both sides
  4. Spread the mayonnaise on the chia roll
  5. Layer up the plum tomato, gem lettuce, chicken fillet, halloumi and avocado
  6. Serve with either a seasonal side salad or chips
