New York Bakery Festive Brunch Croll

5g mixed leaf salad
2 x cooked turkey breast slices (702170)
½ tbsp. cranberry sauce (089151)
18g sage and onion stuffing
2 x rashers of streaky bacon (715140)
½ tbsp maple syrup (264761)
3 slices red onion
To build the Croll
Spread the cranberry sauce on the base of the Croll then layer the mixed leaf salad, turkey breast a little more sauce then the stuffing followed by red onion and maple bacon on top. Finish with the top of the Croll.
To make maple bacon
Heat the oven to 200C/180C fan/gas 6. Place the bacon on a rack over a baking sheet. Cook for 10 mins until starting to turn crispy, then remove and brush with maple syrup on both sides. Cook for a further 2–3 mins.
