The Irish Burger

The Irish Burger, what a corker! This burger features potato rosti, cheese and crispy potato chips.

Ingredients

227g Red Tractor Frozen Handmade Steak Burger 711620

1 Kara Gourmet Brioche Burger Bun 819760

1 Country Range Mature Cheddar Cheese Slice 356141

2 Little Gem Lettuce Leaves 600704

2 Slices of Tomato 600931

3 Lamb Weston Potato Rosti 752381

Heinz Hot English Mustard 170570

Tomato Ketchup 177050

Serves: 1

Method

  1. Oven bake 3 potato rostis until golden brown and crispy.
  2. To assemble the burger, slice the brioche and toast the undersides, layer the gem and tomato on the bottom slice of the bun.
  3. Add the 3 rostis to the top of the burger, layer with a cheese slice and place back in the oven to melt.
  4. Once warmed through, add the burger and salad to the bun and serve.

For a twist, add potato crisps to the burger for added flavour.
