Cajun Chicken and Pepper Fajita
100g Country Range Marinated Cajun Chicken
1 tsp Country Range Fajita Seasoning
2 Country Range 10” Tortilla Wraps
25g Country Range Mild Salsa
10g Country Range Grated Mild White Cheddar
2 spring onions, sliced
1 red pepper, sliced
1 tbsp coriander, chopped
Cooking Time – 15 mins
Prep Time – 20 mins
- In a pan, fry the sliced red pepper and sliced spring onion.
- Add the fajita spice and a squeeze of lime.
- Add the chopped coriander and the chicken. Keep the mix hot.
- Warm the tortillas and serve with salsa and grated cheddar.
