Banana & Oat Pancakes with Streaky Bacon & Maple Syrup
90g Mornflake Superfast Porridge Oats 296181
240g Pre-Packed Small Bananas Box 601811
½ tsp Country Range Baking Powder 282671
2 ½ Boxed Medium Eggs (Free Range) 358401
40g Cooked Streaky Bacon 715281
5g Country Range Maple Agave Syrup 264760
Serves: 5 (3 pancakes per person)
Pre-heat the oven to 200C.
Blitz the oats in a blender until smooth.
Add the banana, eggs and baking powder and blend until a smooth consistency has been achieved.
Pre-heat a saucepan on a medium setting.
Add a drop of oil into the saucepan.
Cook the pancake on both sides until golden brown.
Place the bacon in the oven and cook for 4 minutes.
Stack the pancakes on a plate, layer the bacon and drizzle syrup on top.
