Asian Inspired Broth


  • Major Chicken Stock Base Powder Mix 186351
  • Fresh Red Chilli x 1 600340
  • Fish Sauce 5ml 060101
  • Light Soy Sauce 5ml 175610
  • Eskal Gluten Free Rice Noodles 053231 75g
  • Duck Breast x 4 900765
  • Carrot x 1 600221
  • Red Onion x 1 601081
  • Mange Tout 600411
  • Paksoi 602910


Serves: 4


  1. Chop the fresh Chilli, slice the Carrot, Red Onion, Mange Tout and Paksoi
  2. Trim the fat off the Duck Breast and Score
  3. Place in a hot pan and cook on both sides until cooked through with a golden crispy skin
  4. Add boiling water to the Major Chicken Stock
  5. In a separate pan add the noodles and vegetables
  6. Pour over two ladles of the broth and bring to the boil
  7. Add the Soy Sauce and Fish Sauce to the broth
  8. Add some chopped Coriander and Paksoi for a garnish
  9. Plate up with the Duck Breast and a good squeeze of lime
