The Annual WellChild Christmas Fair took place for two days on Tuesday 6 November and Wednesday 7 November at Daylesford Farm, Gloucestershire. We donated just over £2,260 of stock, some of which was supplier supported. We would like to thank Handmade Cakes, Tideford Organics, Vegware, Taylors of Harrogate and Kenco for their generous donations. Rob Owen did a fantastic job cooking up a smoked fish platter, cheese platter, and selection of superfood salads including coronation chicken and coleslaw. Hobbs House Bakery bread was served with all. One hundred and thirty-seven hours were spent by Creed volunteers serving the refreshments and meals during the event, all of which helped raise an amazing £8,568 for WellChild.
A special thank you to all who helped and donated their time to assist at the fair; Juliet Gardner (Key Account Manager), Rob Owen (Executive Development Chef), Zoë Mason (HR Manager), Alex Luker (New Business Executive), Jo Browne (Bar and Event Manager at Brickhampton), Marg Browne, Becca Creed, Dee Creed and Jane de Ternant (all relatives of Creed employees). The team made over 3000 cups of coffee over the two days!
