Creed is delighted to have supported the Mobile Velodrome Charity Challenge to help raise funds for the Cheltenham & Gloucester Hospitals Charity Scanner Appeal.

On Friday 12 July, a team of four Creed employees took part and did well to come fifth in the competition. Phil Creed (Sustainability Director) and Gloucestershire Paralympian wheelchair racer Mel Nicholls supported the team. Mel was also a primary advocate for the event and encouraged all the teams completing the challenge. Not only was this all done for a good cause, but it also fits in well with our CSER and Creed Active initiatives.

Thank you all for your support — we are sincerely appreciative. We are delighted that the original goal of three new CT scanners and two mobile digital x-ray machines has been achieved and that
the appeal will continue for additional mobile digital x-ray machines. As yet we do not have a final amount that has been raised for during this challenge, but we anticipate that it will be in the region of £10,000.
