Business Manager  

Your dedicated business account manager will visit your premises and your kitchen, understand your needs and those of your customers, as well as have knowledge of businesses like yours and the demands required from your foodservice supplier. They will discuss your delivery requirements to give you the most effective solution that covers the range of products, the delivery days, how you would like your orders taking via telephone, email or on-line, as well as any special requirements or delivery restrictions.

Managing your budgets and payments

Your account manager will be there every step of the way to assist you with managing your budgets. Whether you need support with the costing of each dish on your menu, or your weekly spend, we’re here to help. Plus, our finance team is on hand to offer you flexibility and help in choosing the right payment method – from direct debit to payments by card, we’ll work together to find the best way of working for you and for us.

Customer Service & Telesales

You will have a dedicated office based executive who will contact you at a convenient time to welcome you to Creed and ensure they build their knowledge of your business. They will take you through a step by step process, confirming order and delivery days and times, confirm your products you require, discuss with you the full range of Creed products and highlight seasonal or other suitable products they feel will suit your business and your requirements. We see these as really important details that build that instant trust and insight to enable the ‘on-boarding process’ to run smoothly for both companies. It also ensures you have a dedicated team to talk to should you require further assistance.

Welcome Pack

To ensure you have everything you require close to hand we also give you a Welcome Pack that is tailored to you and your business, giving you information based on our knowledge into products, services and insights into business sectors like yours. It also contains our latest product guide, giving you access to our full product range and highlighting key ranges suitable for your business. Also featured within this kitchen essential are dates for the diary including our regular events and how you can attend or even book our Executive Development Chef and development kitchen.

Regular Reviews

Ensuring a smooth transition to us as your new foodservice supplier is just part of the service. We’ll regularly review with you throughout the transition and provide a consultative approach along the way, to ensure that you have as much support as you need with menu development so that your customers enjoy each and every item on your menu, time and time again.
