Camembert cheese has a creamy, ivory-coloured inside and downy white surface. It's made from cow's milk, is soft ripened and creamy in texture with an edible white mold rind. This cheese is perfect to pop in the oven and enjoy by dipping in bread, or even to slice and spread on crackers.
