Our range of Mise en Place meats from our on-site butchery is a great example of both traceability and provenance. Red Tractor Beef from the West Country and RSPCA Assured Pork sourced from a single farm in Wiltshire, both assist caterers who value the Food for Life Catering Mark and reassurance on product origin.
