Honey and Mustard Dressing Summer Salad

Ingredients

  • EU Chicken Fillet 200g+ x 4
  • Jersey Royal New Potatoes 600081 x 1kg
  • Banana Shallot x 1
  • Country Range Honey and Mustard Dressing 1 x 2.25ltr
  • Streaky Bacon 715140 x 7 strips
  • Wye Valley Asparagus x 1 bunch
  • Edible Flowers 600520 x 1 box
  • Fresh Parsley 600630 x 1 bunch

Serves: 4

Method

  1. Pre-cook the Jersey Royal Potatoes in salted water
  2. Cook the Chicken Fillets in the oven and leave to cool
  3. Chop the Banana Shallot into strips and sprinkle into the potatoes
  4. Place into a large bowl for mixing and drizzle over the Honey and Mustard dressing
  5. Combine together
  6. Chop and add some Fresh Parsley
  7. Crumble in some cooked Streaky Bacon
  8. Steam the Asparagus and slice on an angle to place around the dish
  9. Add the edible flowers to garnish
