Our CSER Pillars of Products, Planet and People
We are committed to ‘believing in more’ for our environment and for all stakeholders. As a business we’re continually focused on our sustainable ‘vision’; to drive down our carbon footprint (CO² emissions – tonnes) by 7.5% each year for the next two years ahead of the UK Government’s 2020 commitment.
Making a difference with Charity Work
Our charity work is extremely important to us and we are proud to support a number of carefully selected local and national charities. Throughout 2017 we provided continuous support to our chosen charities with food donations, fundraising at our annual Golf Day, charitable campaigns, volunteering and events.
In 2017 Creed donated time worth £14,504.50, cash and food to 99 fundraising events amounting to £45,384.81
Throughout 2017, our charity committee and employees have remained focused on our responsibility and we have continued to maintain strong relationships with our nominated charities. Our Creed Lottery has also raised an additional £6,870 for charity.

To achieve this and fulfil our environmental responsibilities, our action plan focuses on key areas including:
Our vehicles are washed using recycled water.
Our entire company representatives’ fleet consists of vehicles below 110 CO2/km, which contributes towards our vision to significantly reduce carbon emissions.
Recycling of cardboard & plastic
We are founder signatories to the WRAP ‘HaFS’ initiative which is designed to make considerable improvements in the recycling of material throughout the supply chain.
Responsible Sourcing & Recycling of food
We are committed to supplying high quality products that are sourced and manufactured in an ethical and environmentally responsible way. All of our suppliers must be accredited and meet a strict set of standards which are detailed in our CSER Report.
To reduce our impact on landfill, we donate in date, ‘short life’ food to local charities such as The Wiggly Worm.

Armed Forces Covenant
We signed up to the Armed Forces Covenant in 2015 to show our support for the UK’s armed forces community. Signing the corporate covenant marked Creed’s recognition of the value that serving regular and reservist personnel, veterans and military families contribute to its business and to the UK. The company aims to offer employment where possible to ex-servicemen and women, and support any reservists.
